Chapter 2: Dojo
PRACTICE
$5 STICKERS
When you finally come into your power, it's good to find a place to practice how to harness it. To focus and direct your strength can take years. What helps is finding a good sparring partner, a Dojo to push the envelope.
A mentor helps, as does failing. The best lessons and knowledge come from picking yourself up off the ground. Learning how to fall can be an art onto itself.
It's also good, as we push deeper into our world, to return from time to time to sharpen your skills, and learn new techniques. The worse place to find yourself is resting on your laurels.
The Dojo, is the Temple I designed for Arcane Arena, the deck building board game I helped bring to life and created the look and artwork for the entire project.
Inside are the teachers offering specialized skills in both martial arts and mystical lessons. Abilities to help you thrives and succeed in your realm.
Learning never ends, we are always faced with new challenges as we move forward along our paths. To be come complacent can be our undoing, and we need to always be ready to shift.
Suffering comes from attachment and laziness, though sometimes a good fall is enough to swing us back into the game.
