GANESH is the remover of obstacles, and a good companion on all journeys. Here I paint him the moment he made the decision to break his own tusk to finish transcribing the Mahabharata. In doing so, he Breaks the Mandala and frees himself of the rigid symmetry, and surrenders to impermanence.
