As the story goes, through the past few years, I’ve been working on a mural named FIREWHEEL at Clear Creek Inn, Georgetown Colorado. Each trip, I fell in love with the town a little more.

On one of the trips, all of a sudden the question popped up, why am I not living in this beautiful place and toward the end of the trip, I drove up to the lookout where you can see the valley and all of the town.

I asked the silly old question, “OK, show me a sign,” and turned around to see two Big Horns staring at me, a little bit of that this persons crazy look.

As an Aries, that was literally my SIGN! SO I did what any reasonable person would in that moment, I took a picture. This was 2021.

From that photo, I channeled my intentions for the move into a digital painting of my two friends.

So here we are, moving to Colorado.

This is my life, I plan on doing this until the end. My move to Colorado is for both my own health, and the health of my artistic practice. A place I can be inspired and dedicated and focused to getting these crazy visions out of my head. :-)
